It  aims to bulid scientific and technological innovation center for animal  bioengineering in Hebei province, which mainly focuses on dairy cows, beef  cattle and pigs, etc. By introducing the live ovulation of cattle  plus in vitro fertilization (OPU - IVF),  one of the core technologies of Trans ova Genetics in the United States, it  is expected make the technology localized, standardized and industrialized in  3-5 years, establishing the breeding core group and strong international  team for research and innovation.
