Alphaco Technology Limited’s (“ATL”)  technology is proven to be capable of converting a range of waste streams  into oil. Furthermore, its management believes that Alphaco’s technology is  the only technology that is currently in operation on a commercial scale in  the EU. ATL provides specialist manufacturing and technology services to  build and sell reactors which convert waste streams into oil and carbon black  via a process of pyrolysis. ATL is therefore well positioned as a supplier of  technology as its reactors can generate advanced biofuels ahead of the 2020  EU requirement.

 ATL has  developed proven technology which turns a range of waste streams into oil,  with seven reactors already manufactured and commercial operations having  operated for two years.

Over 300  road tankers of fuel have been produced and sold.

 Its 2016  revenue amounted to Euro 4,800,008 (RMB 37.2 million) and EBITDA Euro 478,071  (RMB 3.7 million)

 ATL is an established and well-funded  primary client with an identified near term order book.

 ATL has  a highly experienced management team and its founder has previous experience  in building a business from a start up to a GBP 500 million market  capitalisation.

 Its  founders have invested approximately GBP 5 million (RMB 45 million) into the  project with GBP 30 million (RMB 270 million) invested in total

ATL provides opportunities to develop  technology and product offerings. It is very well positioned to take an  increasing share of a multi-million market place over the next three to five  years.
