Founded in 2014 by two retail  technology veterans, GoInStore is closing the gap between the online and  in-store shopping experience, disrupting the way in which businesses engage  with consumers.

Sym-Sys Ltd is the UK-based creator of  GoInStore, a pioneering first-person shopping experience platform for online  customers. Website visitors simply click on the “GoInStore” call to action  which launches the online video platform and routes the call through to the  most relevant sales associate. Upon answering the call, the sales associate  is provided with valuable browsing information relating to the customers  enquiry and is able to engage and assist the customer as if they were in the  store.
