The Project: “Rehabilitation of Mt. Coffee Hydro Power Plant” is financed jointly by the European Investment Bank (EIB), the German Government within the scope of German Financial Cooperation with Liberia administered by Reconstruction Credit Institute of Germany (KfW), and the Norwegian Government through the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and by the Government of Liberia. The “Employer” is the Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC). The Project will be implemented by the LEC Project Implementation Unit (PIU), acting on behalf of the Board of Directors of LEC and the Government of Liberia, Ministry of Lands, Mines and Energy.
