什么是 MYE？

The MYE（Man-Year Entitlement）is:

A work permit allocation system pertaining to construction workers from Non-Traditional Sources (NTS) and the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

The total number of foreign workers a main contractor is entitled to employ based on the value of projects/contracts awarded by developers/owners

Allocated in the form of the number of “man-years” required to complete a project



- One man-year is equivalent to 1 year of employment under a work permit.
